Electromagnetic Automatic pipe stacking machine is a type of program controlled automatic steel pipe stacking machine with electromagnetics instead of manual operation. After stacking, the bundles of pipes are delivered vertically first then transported horizontally to the automatic packing area. After packing the bundle and draining the water, it is transported to the storage area.
Automatic Stacking Machine is a new product innovated independently by our company.
It can adapt to the different demands of customers: 1. Stacking low carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and galvanized pipes 2. Stacking of round, square, rectangular and some heterotype pipes. 3. Shaping hexagonal, square & rectangular and some heterotype bundles.

This stacking device is designed mainly for the thickness 2.0-8.0mm 150*150 square and rectangular tube collecting and stacking, which is reasonable and higher automation, can runing coutinuously 24hours, and is able to meet the speed 60m/min for the tube mill line .

The pipe stacking machine is specially designed to stacking and packing the steel pipes on tube mill lnie. The pipes are transported to the packing area by the run-out table:
1.Pipes turning to packing machine:
The pipes will be turned to the packing machine chain transportation device by the pipe turning device and then moved to the pipe counting position;
2.Pipe counting and stacking:
The system has the set program that how many pieces of pipes will needed in a bundle for different sizes,then the system will send order to the machine counting and accumulating the pipes layer by layer until enough pipes are collected；the pipe collecting device will go down the height of one layer when one layer of pipes are collected and pushed to the collecting device；there is also one end alignment device at one end;
3.Bundle transportation:
The whole bundle of pipes will be moved to the bundling position by the transporting car,then the collecting device will return to the collecting position waiting for a new bundle;
