Solid State HF Welder

QGT-1 series solid state H.F. welder is specially designed for straight seam welding . It includes Inverter output unit, DC power unit, Central Control unit, Water-Water heat exchanger unit and Rectifier Isolation transformer.

Scope of Application:

Pipe welding (steel pipe, aluminum pipe, H-beam, and special pipe welding.)

Inverter Output Unit :

The inverter part employs MOSFETs as power components for the converter bridge. The inverter design is parallel type ensuring maximum reliability. Each unit has self diagnostic ability. All the design is to ensure easy installaton and maintenance.
Automatic load matching system ensures maximum efficiency and lowest cost.

DC Power Unit :

DC Power Unit includes 3‐phase full‐controllable thyristor rectifying bridge, flight wave reactor, flight wave capacitor and filter to ensure stable DC output Current meter, voltage meter and control system are also equipped in the DC power unit. Thus the welder is controllable even without central control unit.

Installed with Siemens Smart Line HMI, Power adjustment poteniometer and remote control management of the equipment,. The mCentroal Control Unit.put curretn and voltage of the DC poewer unit. The pipe line can be completley controlled by the

Rectifier Isolation Transformer

It steps down voltage from 415V to 205V and also isolates the welder from the power grid.

Water ‐ Water Heat Exchange Unit

A. Sealed circulation Outer water ( noraml) cools down the inner water ( distilled water), No Scaling. B. High efficiecny of heat radiation, low cost applicable to large power H.F equipment. C. Resorvoir is used for outer water.
